Is there a tracking number?
We send all packages via Priority Registered Air Mail. Every package has a tracking number, but not all countries have online tracking. Our packages are trackable in the United States, Canada, Norway, and a few other countries as well. We will soon offer optional DHL Global Mail Delivery to Europe which is trackable in most European countries.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are shipped via Priority Registered Air Mail. This service is very quick and reliable.
Our average delivery time to most countries is 2-3 weeks. We mail right away upon receipt of payment, but please understand that we can not mail on weekends or holidays. Also, please understand that on rare occasions mail or customs delays slow delivery- your patience is appreciated!
Expedited shipping via EMS Courier, DHL, FedEx or UPS is available upon request. Expedited shipping rates are based on weight and shipping destination. Please email us if you would like an expedited shipping quote.
I'm not sure about your sizes?
We sell many brands and they all have slightly different measurements. All of our listings contain armpit-to-armpit measurements. This is the mesurement from one armpit across the chest to the other. (A 20 inch armpit to armpit measurement would be a 40 inch chest measurement.) If you are unsure about a size please refer to the dimensions shown in every listing.
Can you mark my package as 'GIFT'? What about customs/duty charges?
We are happy to mark low value orders as 'GIFT' and declare a low value to help avoid or minimize customs duty / tax.
High value orders will be marked as 'MERCHANDISE' and we will declare a low value on the customs form.
Please understand that we have no control over any duty or tax that the destination country might choose to assess.
Additional taxes, duties and fees may be assessed to international shipments by local Customs Departments once they reach their destination countries. All taxes, duties and fees assessed are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for these additional charges.
Returns should be sent via registered air mail with tracking number.
For clothing and silk: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please return in unwashed and resalable condition in original packaging for a prompt refund or exchange. Please understand that we can not refund shipping.
For motorcycle parts: items must be in AS NEW condition in original packaging. We can not accept items that have been installed.
